Welcome to SawariyaChat Vendor Program. By registering as a vendor or reseller, you agree to the following terms:
1. Vendor Eligibility
The vendor must provide accurate business information during registration and keep it updated.
2. Policy Compliance
All vendors must follow Meta, WhatsApp Business Platform Policies, and applicable local laws.
3. Prohibited Activities
Vendors must not:
Send spam or unsolicited messages.
Promote illegal, gambling, adult, or prohibited content.
Misuse customer data.
Perform fraudulent activities.
4. Account Responsibility
The vendor is responsible for:
Account security.
Customer management.
API usage.
Campaign compliance.
5. Payments
All subscription and service fees are payable in advance. Activated services are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Suspension & Termination
SawariyaChat reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any vendor account found violating these Terms, Meta policies, or applicable laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
SawariyaChat is not responsible for account suspension, message rejection, API limitations, or policy actions taken by Meta or WhatsApp.
8. Intellectual Property
The SawariyaChat name, logo, software, website content, and branding remain the exclusive property of SawariyaChat.
9. Changes to Terms
SawariyaChat may update these Vendor Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the latest version.
