Last updated: 8 August 2026

No unsolicited spam

SawariyaChat must not be used to send indiscriminate, misleading or unsolicited bulk messages. Customers should maintain evidence of opt-in or another lawful basis where required.

Consent and expectations

  • Tell recipients what they are signing up to receive.
  • Use accurate business identity and avoid deceptive sender information.
  • Respect messaging frequency and content expectations.
  • Use approved templates or messaging categories where the connected platform requires them.

Opt-out

Recipients must have a practical way to stop marketing or non-essential messages. Customers should honor opt-out requests promptly and avoid re-adding a recipient without valid permission.

Contact lists

Purchased, scraped or third-party lists should not be used unless the sender can demonstrate that each recipient has valid permission for the intended communication and the use complies with applicable law and platform policy.

Enforcement

Spam complaints, abnormal messaging behavior or repeated policy violations can result in campaign restriction, suspension or termination to protect users and platform quality.
