Security practices
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to a SaaS service, which may include access controls, authentication, encrypted network transport, logging, backups, patching and separation of privileged administrative functions.
Customer responsibilities
- Use strong unique passwords and protect OTPs, API keys and tokens.
- Limit user permissions to what each team member needs.
- Remove access for former staff and review connected third-party accounts.
- Keep devices, browsers and business email accounts secure.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you found a security vulnerability, email support@SawariyaChat.com. Include a clear description and reproduction steps, but do not access data that is not yours, disrupt production, perform denial-of-service testing or publicly disclose an unresolved issue.
No absolute guarantee
No online service can guarantee complete security. We continuously assess risks and may update controls as the platform changes.
